Fraction Feast Pizzeria is an educational math game in a pizza-themed setting. Children can practice and understand fractions by learning to apply the correct number of toppings to different-sized pizzas.  

Learn Fractions with Pizza Math Game

Fraction Feast Pizzeria is a yummy fraction math game that makes learning fractions easy and fun for children of all ages. Instead of presenting fractions as just numbers on a screen, the game allows children to create a pizza to think about fractions. Each player becomes the main chef at a pizzeria restaurant. The objective is to read the client order and then select the correct pizza size and toppings to fulfill the order.

The client order may request a small, medium, large, or extra-large pizza. A small has 6 slices, a medium has 8 slices, a large has 10 slices, and an extra-large has 12 slices. The first thing you do is select the correct pizza size. The next thing you do is add the appropriate number of toppings based on the topping list given.

For instance, if the order requests 1/3 onions and 1/6 green peppers on a small pizza, you would add onions to three slices, and green peppers to one slice. Children will begin to understand fractions better as they learn to apply the correct number of each topping to the pizza.

How to Play

• Let the game load until the title screen appears.
• Tap the PLAY button.
• The instructions with detailed written steps appear on the screen. Read through the steps to understand how to play the game. It is very specific about what you have to do.
• The game begins with a blank pizza on a wooden desk. There is a customer order list on the left side and a list of toppings on the right side. The order list will indicate the pizza size and topping portions requested.
• You must select the right pizza size and apply the correct portion of each topping as indicated on the list.
• Each successful pizza preparation earns profits for the pizzeria (which are equivalent to game points).
• The order lists become more advanced with bigger pizzas and more toppings as you progress through the game.
