Math Pug is a simple, entertaining math game designed to help young learners practice basic addition and subtraction. How to Play

Math Pug is simple to play, which is exactly what you are looking for in math games for grade 1.

• At the start of the game the kid gets to choose between addition or subtraction and the difficulty level, that is, easy or hard mode. The easy mode keeps things gentle, with numbers generally ranging from 0 to 5, while the hard mode increases the challenge with numbers from 6 to 10.
• Once the pug is airborne an arithmetic question pops up at the top of the screen then spinning wheels appear in the rocket’s path, each displaying four possible answers to the question.
• The kids are supposed to quickly pick the wheel with the correct score before the pug plunges onto any of them.

That’s pretty much the entire game loop: solve, choose, dodge and repeat.
